This is the beginning of something special. Our goal is to blend the bearding community into the fair atmosphere and create an experience the entire county can enjoy. We have big plans and even bigger ideas for the future, including the addition of a Pin-Up Pageant, but for now we are focused on bringing the bearding world front and center to the fairgrounds.

As our country celebrates America’s 250th Anniversary, we invite you to come celebrate with us at the fair and help us create memories that will last a lifetime.

For the first time, Appalachian Bearded Mafia will be stepping into the fight against human trafficking. This is a growing issue affecting communities across our country, and we believe that even if our efforts make a small difference, it is our responsibility to stand up and help.

The organization we are supporting provides Residential Interventions that offer safe, secure, trauma-responsive housing for youth in crisis. These programs operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing structured care designed to help young people transition into safer and healthier environments.

Every dollar raised helps provide protection, support, and a path forward for youth who need it most.
