The shop has a photo competition to see who has the best beard.
The two-day fundraiser helps raise proceeds for the Police Benevolent Association and the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
It’s all in memory of Sargeant Greg Meagher, who died in an accident in 2017.
Greg’s brother, Patrick, says he is thankful for the community’s support.
“I’m just honored for the fact that they do it for my brother. 2017 seems like yesterday for the family,” said Patrick. “They keep his name forefront, and this is what the community does. We support our boys in blue.”
The event will happen again on Saturday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Yankee Clippers Barbershop.
